David Berwick Estate Agents is an owner run independent estate agents based in the seaside town of Hayle in West Cornwall. Being independent, we are able to offer a personal, flexible and friendly approach to estate agency. We are not run by a mortgage house, the most important thing to us is selling houses, not mortgages.
Being independent does not limit the market that David Berwick Estate Agents can offer. We are members of the team network which lists properties from 4 offices in Penwith, 80 offices across the South West and 400 across the country. The offices are computer linked, meaning we have access to up to date properties from around the U.K.
